Undoubtedly this is not the right place to do this, but the instructions on
opensuse.com say to submit a Bugzilla report to "Suse Linux Package Wish List"
and there is no such category... so here it is.

I'd really like to see the Bluefish web editor included with SUSE Linux. SUSE is
the only desktop distro I've ever used that does not include it, and I use
Bluefish every day for my job. The Fedora Core 4 RPM seems to work just fine on
SUSE 9.3 Professional, so it should be pretty easy to include it.

Bluefish is included within SUSE since 6.2 - it's not on the CDs but contained 
in FTP tree / will be on DVD.
