On
http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/How_to_participate
you find ...

Suggest New Software

You can suggest a new application through Bugzilla
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/index.cgi): Select 'Enter a bug,' then file it
under the product 'SUSE Linux Package Wishlist." Only software with an
OSI-compliant open-source license will be added to the openSUSE project.

I would like to upload and maybe maintain Webmin/Usermin/Virtualmin packages for
SuSE Linux 10.0 (Source: www.webmin.com - Mirror: webmin.mamemu.de), but I
cannot find the selection "SUSE Linux Package Wishlist" in Bugzilla.

This is either a bug against opensuse.org's website or against
bugzilla.novell.com so I start here as the wording is incorrect.

The responsible people for the internal wishlist did not want to mix that list
with the wishes for openSUSE. Therefore I created a special page on the openSUSE
wiki that should be used now. Please have a look at
