Description Joe Harmon 2005-08-10 13:37:33 UTC
I have a test user that I was able to get connected to a Groupwise 7 box. I am
using imap and smtp for sending and receiving and soap for the calendar. I sent
the test account an appointment using groupwise, and then went into contact to
accept the appointment. As soon as I clicked on accept, it crashed and created a
backtrace. The appointment never showed up in the calendar and is now missing
from the account as well.

Do you have access to debuginfo RPMs? If not please let me know what
architecture you are on and I will make them availalbe to you.

reply to comment #2: Not sure if I have access to them, because I don't know
where they exist. I am on i386.
Comment 4 Will Stephenson 2005-08-16 15:12:33 UTC
in w3.suse.de/~wstephenson/joeharmon. A backtrace with debuginfo would help
here a lot.

Updated rpms that should fix the crash are in my export. I have compiled
debug info directly into these rpms so you can rpm -e kdenetwork3-debuginfo
before installing. You should only have to replace kdepim3.rpm, the others
are just there for completeness.

hmmm. Interesting results.

The first appointment that I accepted, I didn't get prompted whether to put it
in the default resource, or groupwise resource. It put it in both by default. I
also noticed that the groupwise was resouce was not selected at the time. So I
selected it and then sent another appointment. This time it prompted me and it
didn't crash when I accepted the appointment. However, the appointment only
showed up in the calendar for a few seconds and then disappeared.

Joe, does this still happen with beta4?
Comment 9 Joe Harmon 2005-09-03 23:54:10 UTC
