Subject: Re: [suse-security] OpenSuSE and security updates?

Hi All,

I came across this bug this morning and wanted to let you all know.

rcautofs restart
Shutting down service automount done
Starting service automounter/usr/sbin/rcautofs: line 154:
/usr/lib/autofs/autofs-ldap-auto-master: No such file or directory
("files nis ldap" does not provide any mounts)
skipped

autofs would not start up properly as shown above on my Opteron box. It
is the issue that the init script at /etc/init.d/autofs is looking at
/usr/lib/autofs/autofs-ldap-auto-master but the autofs4 RPM for the
x86_64 has this under /usr/lib64. I just had to change the occurrence in
the init script and everything works fine.

Just for those that might have the same issue sometime. Would someone in
SuSE fix this trivial issue?

Prakash
