Description Matthias Hopf 2005-08-11 12:57:33 UTC
When unplugging the network cable with an nfs volume via autofs still mounted,
'autofs stop' sometimes seems to hang forever.

I think I have seen this behavior for a long time now. I know that one *should*
unmount the nfs volume nicely, but if this doesn't work a timeout would be nice.
The network connection is not likely becoming available again anyway.

I just verified that it is the 'fuser -m <mountpoint>' command in the autofs
script that hangs.
