Always after configuring WAN, the do you want configure Mail dialog pops up. 
This should be disabled after the first time.

I have looked at DontShowAgain.ycp Lukas, can you make it work also for other types than "inst-source"? I guess that the code is general enough that we can simply remove the check type == "inst-source".

I think so. It shouldn't be a problem to modify it. It had been designed to be used almost anywhere but then it have changed a bit. It would need to change internal data structure but not much (we could/have to stay backward compatible).
