The time estimate is completely bogus anyway, but yet people seem to want it. Amazingly enough, it seems to be far less off than anybody who knows how this acutally is calculated could think. You might have encountered a time-recalc at a strange moment: Every 30 seconds the projected time is recalculated based on the previous transfer rate. And no, we will certainly not invest any more time to make bogus time projections 5% less bogus... |
