xemacs crashes while building xemacs-packages

The crash happens only when using mc-alloc and kkcc.

I.e. the crash can be avoided by using the configure options

     --disable-mc-alloc --disable-kkcc

xemacs package with these configure options added submitted to STABLE.

→ FIXED for the moment.

(long term the crash should also be fixed when using mc-alloc and kkcc).
