Would be nice to assign special keys for controlling IM to keep more
compatibility with Windows.  For example, '半角/全角' key fo toggling japanese mode.

I added "Zenkaku_Hankaku" to the default for the /Hotkeys/FrontEnd/Trigger
configuration variable for both scim and skim.
Should show up in Beta3.
