Description Thorsten Kukuk 2005-08-20 08:07:32 UTC
The Help and "Show release note" button during installation does not
have a shortcut for using with keyboard.

Neither does the "Steps" button. But at least "&Show Release Notes"
gets a short-cut in inst_proposal.ycp.
Comment 2 Stefan Hundhammer 2005-08-22 12:12:28 UTC
This is intentional - for one thing, because those buttons are very rarely
used, and for another since there are also technical limitations that could
not guarantee shortcuts being unique.

Not all widgets are required to have shortcuts, nor would that make sense
since there is only a limited number of eligible characters for that -
[a-z0-9]. This makes sense for frequently used and important widgets.

Please keep in mind that in normal use there are a lot of widgets on the
screen that are a lot more important than those buttons. They should clearly
get higher priority with that.
