GAIM is loaded at startup with KDE as it should be, but the tray icon does not
appear on the initial load. I have to shutdown and reopen gaim to get the tray
icon working. The tray plugin is always and has always been checked to enabled.

so is this a 9.3 or a 10.0 bug report? If it's only happening in 9.3, then 
this is a WONTFIX

This is a 9.3 bug.
