Detailed Description: YaST software install: Selection: all selections are 
untranslated
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Software" option in the left navigational panel. 
3. Click "Install and remove software"option.
4. Change the filter to "Selection"

Expected result: all text should be translated.
Actual result: all selections on the left-hand pane are untranslated.

Strings are translated in LCN\trunk\selectio\zh_TW.po
The reason still appearing untranslated in Traditional Chinese is due to 
critical bug 113845 (KDE desktop is unranslated)

Please check in RC1

Craig, don't think there's anything we can do with this as its translated in our
resources. Seems to be just affecting the Chinese langs.

Same issue as 106123. Seems that zh_TW & zh_Cn po's were not added to selectio.
