Detailed description: SaX2 Monitor screen: Options: The greyed out "Rotate 
Screen" options are untranslated
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center.
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel. 
3. Click the "Graphics Card and Monitor" option.
4. Click the "Monitor" option in the left navigational panel.
5. Click the "Options" Button

Expected result: all text should be localised.
Actual result: the greyed out "Rotate Screen" options to the left are 
untranslated.

Also a bug in Japanese. Entire dialog is untranslated.

The translated version of this file did not make Beta2.  Issue should be fixed 
in Beta4
