Detailed description: SaX2 Monitor Options: the "Option Needs a Value" message 
is untranslated.
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Press the "Graphics Card and Monitor" option.
4. Click on 'Monitor 'in left panel.
5. Click on "Options" button.
6. Select an option that requires a value, e.g. AGP Mode.

Expected result: the appearing message should be translated.
Actual result: the message is in English.

Strings are located in sax.de.po - line id 84 & 384

Translated file was not in build BETA2but issue should be resolved in BETA3
