How did you create the hwinfo output? During installation (after switching to 2nd console), or in installed system? According to the hwinfo, /dev/sda is the 1st (boot) disk, but according to YaST logs, /dev/hda is the boot disk. Can you confirm that you created hwinfo withing installed system? Then I'm afraid we can't do anything about it (if BIOS of your computer provides incorrect information) and you have to fix the disks order manually. The are systems out there where the disk order depends on whether you boot from CD or disk. Nothing we can do about this, then. OK. #define WONTFIX CANTFIX. |
