Detailed description: SaX2 Monitor settings untranslated
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel. 
3. Press the "Graphics Card and Monitor" option.
4. Press 'Change' button.

Expected result: the "Monitor Settings" dialog should be translated.
Actual result: all three tabs are in English

Same in Spanish. Also note that the contect of all 3 tabs is untranslated.

Strings are coming from sax.xx.po.

The localised sax.xx.po wasn't in BETA2 will be in BETA3.
