Detailed description: SaX2 Mouse Settings untranslated
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta2 050819
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel. 
3. Click on 'Mouse' in left panel.
4. Click the "Change" button.

Expected result: all text should be untranslated.
Actual result: the whole dialog is in English.

Forgot a step:
2a. Click on "Graphics Card and Monitor" option on right-hand pane.

Strings are located in sax.xx.po.

The localised file wasn't in build BETA2.  Issue will be resolved in BETA3.
