Services(xinetd) configuration

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Network Services" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "Network Services(xinetd)" option in right panel.
4. Select 'Enable' radio button and click Add
5.Check the 'Wait' drop down menu in 'Add a New Service Entry' dialog

No untranslated Text

Actual Result:
Untranslated text appears in menu

There is extra untranslated text for French, the Service & Version Heading's 
are untranslated, please see screenshot attached.

Also occuring on Simplified Chinese, build Beta 2 050819. "yes" and "no" 
untranslated throughout dialog as per original screenshot

Not a Bug - Appears in SUSE 9.3 - these terms dont get translated.
