Detailed description: Untranslated text in Profile Manager 
Configuration: SUSE 10
Build: Beta2 050819

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "System" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Choose "Profile Manager"
4. Select "Profile Management" - "Add Profile". 
5. Enter a profile name and click ok
5. Click Next button without entering a filename

Expected Result:
Error message to be translated

Actual Result:
Untranslated text visible in error message
