Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Network Services" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the ""DHCP" option in right panel.
4. Hightlight 'Default Host' in 'Settings' and click 'Edit'

Expected Result:
No untranslated Text

Untranslated text in dialog

The string that is pulled into the '%1' can be edited. It is what the user 
puts in as the host name.  String will not be translated.
