Detailed Description:
There is some untranslated text in the help in th eleft hand pane on the TV 
Card configuration screen.

Build: Beta2 050819
Steps:
Launch YaST and the select the Hardware option in the left hand pane.
the TV Card config screen will open and there is some untranslated text in the 
left hand pane.

Strings are coming from tv.xx.po
line id 510-513
File is out for translation - issue should be resolved in Beta4 or 5

Fixed on RC4.
