If you search in susehelp for a application (e.g. konserve, klipper ...) for 
several apps is there a link to index.html. But If you click on the link you get 
always a error that the helpfile isn't found.

search for something real and you find it :) 
 
The index is indixed too

I have some ideas to make this better - and I plan to do them for KDE4 anyway. 
So I might just as well explore how to do it correctly :)

Fixed, this was a problem with the translation fallback code.
