Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Security and Users" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Move cursor over each Network Device and view description of device at 
bottom of window


Expected Result:
All descriptions to be translated

Actual Result:
Device descriptions untranslated

Also a bug in Italian.
Hover text is untranslated throughout YaST for any options that are not 
translated in the right pane.
