Here I collect reports about missing translations caused by technical issues. 
Also misleading translations are listed.

Both could cause another translation cycle.

3rd trans cycle for 106117, 106203 were started.

Hi Karl,  Defect 106203 should be fixed in RC1 as its in the files I'm handing
off to you today (02-09-05)
