The GNOME Notification Area is not on the panel by default after the
installation of Beta 3. It was in all previous betas.

Does this happen with all new users that you create, or just the user that gets
logged in automatically after you install?

This happens to all users.

Upstream gnome-panel made a change that conflicted with one of our patches.  Fixed.
