conflicting packages are not the fault of the packagemanager (plus ma is on 
vacation)

Some of these conflicts are valid and correct - some might be not.

Screening team: Could you go through the list and file bug reports for
individual conflicts that seem wrong?

For example: a conflict between postfix and sendmail is correct

I've checked the list. Most of these dependencies are correct, one invalid has
already been fixed (bug #61887 [internal]) and the missing package stratagus has
been assigned and solved (bug #114098).
