Looks YaST needs to know the method of the day to have kde start kinternet as  
the method from 9.3 no longer works:  
   
2005-08-25 15:29:37 <3> g101(8095) [Interpreter] Desktop.ycp:222 Write    
(.string, "/var/lib/Desktop/yast2-run-kinternet.desktop") failed: No such file    
or directory 
 
How to reproduce: plug in mobile phone, start yast to configure the built in 
modem.

suseplugger starts kinternet now after it started yast
