Prerequisite : system which has not enough space in boot partition. **Not** during installation
1. mount usb stick 
2. start yast partitioner 
3. modify partitions in usb stick 
==> after pressing next you will get message saying that installation could not continue because there is not enough space for new kernel in '/boot'

Expected : error is of course valid and make sense , but such error should not block modification of partitions "outside" installation process

Added to the list of things to improve in the Partitioner for Leap 15.2 (we are pretty much in frozen mode for 15.1 already).
