Steps:
1.Launch terminal.
2.Type smpppd at prompt
3.Type kinternet at prompt
4.Right click on Kinternet icon in right of panel at bottom of desktop and 
check menu.
5.Click Settings/Various Settings

Expected Result:
No untranslated text

Actual Result:
KInternet is untranslated thoughout. The right click menu is alos untranslated

KInternet is translated in our resources for all languages.
\kinternet\po\zh_xx.po. Files may not have made build please regress in Beta5/RC1.
