I have no idea to whom I should assign this. an overlay is quite hard to implement.. how about just configuring the text-message screensaver variants to default to $HOSTNAME as text? not sure I like this, but I think about it Still thinking about it Coolo? :-) Is displaying the computer name in the messagebox which asks you for password sufficient? That would be easy to be implement. Overlaying text over the running screensaver is a WONTFIX. It is certainly much better than nothing :-) fate entry #301201 now mass reopening all 10.2 LATER+REMIND bugs. close all 10.2 LATER/REMIND bugs as WONTFIX. Reopen yourself if you still plan to work on it. There is a feature request for this one: FATE #301201 |
