Description Charles Coffing 2005-08-26 17:02:42 UTC
We're still including the linux-iscsi 4.0.2 RPM, but the cooresponding kernel
module is failing to build on recent kernels, so the RPM is useless.

It appears that linux-iscsi has been superceeded by open-iscsi, anyway.
(open-iscsi seems to be the same source code as linux-iscsi 5.x.) Perhaps we
should just drop the linux-iscsi 4.0 RPM.

Ruediger, we already dropped the linux-iscsi package for 10.0. Why are we still
building the kernel module?
It's supposed to be disabled ... (km_iscsi is the offender here).
Comment 2 Ruediger Oertel 2005-09-05 21:33:32 UTC
linux-iscsi and km_iscsi are both dropped since Aug 9th ...
what is this bug about, where did you see the linux-iscsi package
in 10.0 ?

Seems to be a problem sync-ing between Germany and Provo. RPMs that have been
dropped are still showing up here.

I will close this bug and follow up locally.
