I get lots of:
cannot open assembly /usr/lib/web/bin/SimiasApp.exe
cannot open assembly /usr/lib/web/bin/SimiasApp.exe

simias uses the following path:
/usr/lib/ifolder3/web/bin/SimiasApp.exe

These paths should not be in the package anymore.
Did you try it with clean home directory? Maybe you should try to delete
the ~/.local directory.

Removing .local fixed it and it works.
