The button "logout" in the KDE logout dialog looses its drop-down arrow when 
you focus it pressing tab. Is this intentional or a bug?

It doesn't looses it here, it's just painted in a lighter color. I guess it's a usability feature as otherwise the user might think that pressing "space" will open the button popup while it does the (in this case) dangerous button click.
