xfig icon is missing from the KDE menu

Steps to reproduce: Install the software above from any BETA3 mirror,
  then look for this software in KDE menu.

This is _not_ a problem of the xfig package:

 /suse/werner> rpm -qlp /work/CDs/all/full-i386/suse/i586/xfig.rpm | grep pixmap
 /usr/share/pixmaps/xfig.png
 /suse/werner> grep suse_update_desktop_file /work/SRC/all/xfig/xfig.spec
 %suse_update_desktop_file -i xfig VectorGraphics

reassign to maintainer of the update-desktop-files package and
make this major due to the fact taht this can also happen to
other packages.  Maybe this is due a changed default of generating
the corresponding desktop file.

So, Is this bug reassigned already?

-or must I reassign this?
(Also I think that severity must be lowered, because I had 1 bug that has many
icons at once, but only partially fixed. This one was major. That was bug# 103851)

Now, indtead, I made it 20 minor, and specific, bugs.
