Steps:
1.Right click on KPowersave icon in right of bottom panel on desktop 
2.Click 'Configure KPowersave'.
3.Select 'Sceme Settings' tab.
4.Click on 'AutosSuspend' section heading
5.Check 'Enable Autosuspend' checkbox.
6.Select 'Suspend to Disk'.
7.Click 'Continue' on warning that appears.
8.Check 'Enable Scheme-Specific Blacklist'
9.Click on 'Edit Blacklist

Expected Result:
No untranslated text

Actual Result:
Untranslated button text. Tooltip for button is also untranslated.

This bug seems to be linked to the issue in bug 113845.

Please regress on RC4.

Still a bug in Traditional Chinese build RC1 050909.

I think these are coming from kde and should be translated there, what do you
think Craig?

yeah It looks like it is because of the KDE translation issue alright. CLosing 
as cannot fix due to this issue

This is not repro on CHT SLES10 SP2 OES2_Sp1 Beta 3.10 build
