Dialog Heading 'File PPD' untrasnlated

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Printer" option.
3. Add a printer and run through the wizard.
4. Select the printer you have just added and press Edit.
5. Select File PPD and press Edit.

Expected Result:
Dialog heading to be translated.

Actual Result:
File PPD is in English, should the word 'File' be translated?
