Untranslated text in State & Banner settings drop down menus.

Steps:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center.
2. Click the "Printer" option.
3. Click Add Printer and run through the wizard and add a printer.
4. Click Edit on the printer you have just added.
5. Click Edit on State and Banners Settings.

Expected Result:
No untranslated text.

Actual Result:
Untranslated text in Banner drop down menus.

The text in the drop down is coming from the kernel so these wont be translated.
