Detailed description: SUSE Watcher: untranslated text "could not connect to 
update server"
Configuration: Suse 10
Build: Beta3 050826

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch SUSEWatcher from System - Desktop Applet - SUSEWatcher
2. Click OK to message stating that SUSEWatcher is already running
3. Disconnect network cable, then click "Check for Updates" button

Expected result: all text to be translated

Actual result: Message "could not connect to update server" untranslated
