Build: Beta3 050826
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Security and Users" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Select "Custom Settings" and click "Next".
4. Click "Next".
5. Click on the first drop-down (the Ctrl+Alt+Del one).

Expected result: all text should be localised.
Actual result: "Halt" is untranslated.
