Note: this also happens with the open source drivers, so this hardware seems to be kind of special. Note that this only shows up with xine-ui, neither with mplayer nor with kaffeine. I really don't understand what xine-ui does differently to kaffeine... Setting to normal ... Does this still persist using the 8.25.18 fglrx driver? Have to get hold of the card again first. Might even be broken. Matthias, could you retest with a current driver release (8.33.6)? I doubt that Matthias will ever find the time to test this issue with his old ATI card he no longer uses since a long time. ==> WONTFIX |
