Description Marcus Meissner 2005-08-31 13:54:27 UTC
The "horde" framework needs the "Log" module, installable
via PEAR...

Why do we not ship this "Log" module by default?
Comment 1 Petr Ostadal 2005-08-31 14:05:00 UTC
I don't know ;)
Comment 2 Marcus Meissner 2005-08-31 14:08:33 UTC
perhaps just include it. :)

I have a question: How to add the "Log" module to the distribtion? There
are basically three options:

 a) create a new package, say php4-pear-log (too late probably)

 b) create a new subpackage of php4,

 c) add the module to the php4-pear subpackage.

I have done a) so far, no problem to change to b) or c).

Go ahead with a).
Comment 5 Michal Marek 2005-09-06 09:20:08 UTC
Ok, I've created php4-pear-log and patched horde, see suse-dist.
