Overview/Expert tabs in the installation summary are not translated in any
language I have tried (French, German, Czech).

These texts come from control file and were forgotten to be translated. The 
were correctly in the generated pot-file, so they are already translated, just 
the translations weren't shown. 
 
Fixed in SVN, submitting to STABLE.
