The question arises whether we should use 

  Option "XaaNoPixmapCache" "on"
  Option "XaaNoOffScreenPixmaps" "on"

on nVidia GeForce 6x00 by default with the nv driver. Reasons are:

1) These options are required on many baords we have tested (50%?); Egbert
   is working on this issue ...
2) Matthias told me that not using these option moving windows around would
   be damn slow. At least on GeForce 6x00 boards.

Any further comments, Matthias, Egbert?

This still can be changed for RC1!

We should remember to remove these options for 10.1.
