Description Joe Harmon 2005-09-01 17:18:25 UTC
The first time that I connect to a groupwise calendar using contact I can see my
appointments. However, as soon as I click off of the calendar view (in this case
going to the Mail view) and then click back again, the calendar is blank. If I
uncheck the groupwise calendar and check it again it will reload, but as soon as
I click off of it again and back, I will have the same issue.

is this supposed to work already?

Yeah, and it has worked for some time..... I actually have some more information
on this. I thought that it was when I was clicking on the mail view, but it was
actually when I click on the summary view. I then get an error that it failed to
communicate with groupwise and then I don't see the calendar. It doesn't create
a backtrace, but I do think that it is crashing. I removed the summary button
for now so that I don't click on it. So long as I don't click on it, the
calendar does pretty well at staying up.

It's not crashing, but there is something going wrong when constructing the
calendar component of the summary view that deactivates the groupwise calendar
resource, causing the calendar it to appear empty.

Joe, can you check if the GW calendar resource is actually turned off when you
return to the calendar view or if it is still on and the calendar appears
empty?

Yes it does disable it on the calendar view.

Fixed, see RC2.
