Description Balazs Melikant 2005-09-01 20:20:37 UTC
The subj. package installs two dead symlinks, as
file:///usr/share/wesnoth/fonts/sazanami-gothic.ttf
file:///usr/share/wesnoth/fonts/gkai00mp.ttf
The files they point to _would_ exist, in case e.g. for the first one I would
install the 'sazanami-fonts' package.

Maybe it should be checked first, that these font files are there or their
respective packages are installed before symlinking?

What's the problem with this dead symlinks? Did you test, if this is a problem
for wesnoth when started in a ja_JP/zh_CN/zh_TW locale? I'm sure you don't.
I did and it is *not*! I'm sure that if wesnoth would require sazanami-fonts
and gkai fonts others willl complain, that they don't want these requirements
since they don't want to start it in japanes/chinese. On the other hand people
using japanese/chinese have thes fonts installed.
