when the Kwallet is launched for the first time, it opens a window (where user
should choose basic or advanced configuration) which is more than 3000 pixels
wide. Buttons are unreachable, unless you move the window several times.

hmm... this awefully sounds like a very old miscompilation.   
 
can't reproduce it though in my self-compiled version. do you have default 
settings or do you use nondefault font/widget style/locale?

It also happened to me on a freshly installed SL10 OSS Beta4. I have invoked  
it from Konqueror. I have Czech language settings and Plastik widget style 
(the default).

I use also the default theme on Beta 4. However I have just noticed that the bug
occurs only in Czech. The window behaves correctly in English. However the po
file seems fine. Where could be the problem?
