I am connecting to my groupwise server via contact. If I have a task that I mark
complete, it will show as complete until I shut down and restart kontact.
Therefore I know that it isn't getting updated.

I meant Kontact and not contact :)

Ok, found the problem, I was using the wrong method on the server to mark the 
Task completed.  There is another issue though that prevents me from 
implementing it just yet, pursuing this with the server team.

Fixed, ugly bandwidth hungry workaround in place until the server team get 
back to me, but it works.
