The stupid Yast System Update downloads and updates *all* packages, even those 
not changed at all. 
 
So to update from BETA3 to BETA4 I had to download 4.5GB of data!!!

Every package has been changed between beta3 and beta4 since we added new
GCC and glibc and rebuild everything with those.
