Thank you for taking the time to submit such a detailed list.  Some of these 
had already been caught in our revision process, but there were several left.  
The corrections should make the final version. 
 
Note that errors from the man pages included at the end of start-up have not 
been changed.  We include the man pages as they appear in the distribution.

the decision to You, that it should or alternatively it shouldn't be fixed...)
