On nelson.suse.de (i386) I installed beta4.
I selected the KDE system and my primary language is German.
During installation I selected in YaST support for all other languages.
The man-pages RPM was not installed.

On caps.suse.de (x86_64) I installed beta4.
I installed only the beta4 default packages.
I selected the Gnome system and the default language English.
Here the man-pages RPM was installed.

On nelson, when selecting "Sprachen", after disabling and enabling again de_DE
man-pages is selected automatically and is installed. man-pages was installed
after committing the change.
